Then answer the questions quickly and accurately. Usually, career aptitude tests are under time pressure and so it is advisable not to spend too much time in one particular question. Hence, you will not be penalized in case you are not able to answer some of the questions. Career aptitude test is only a part of wider range of criteria in the recruitment and selection process, though this test should also not be taken lightly as you will also benefit in taking this exam.
