What is Teletherapy?<\/h3>\n

Teletherapy is having a mental health therapy session with the use of technology instead of in-person. A teletherapy session is either online, with a video conferencing platform, or it is over the telephone. It is safe and effective. At Campbell Teen & Family Therapy, Inc. we use a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform via TherapyNotes, our electronic health record or EHR.<\/p>\n

How does Teletherapy work?<\/h3>\n

To connect to your Teletherapy appointment, please click this link<\/a> for instructions. Prior to your session, you will click on the following link to access your Therapy Portal Account https:\/\/www.therapyportal.com\/p\/campbell95008\/ . You will be asked to sign into your account. Once you sign in, then you can click the button that says join session. Your therapist will let you into the room when they are ready.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
