Requirements/Responsibilities:

Support Recruiting Team by generating Offer Letters and Offer Letter Employment Packets for employment in multiple offices/locations.

Manage drug screening process: ordering and assembling kits, coordinating screenings, verifying results, maintaining vendor relationship.

Support the Firm by ensuring compliance with client site requirements: drug screens, background checks, etc.

Coordinate, enter, and verify New Hire Paperwork. Ensure consistency of forms, processes, and procedures.

Participate in the On-Boarding of all new employees including benefits administration, benefits orientation, creating personnel files, etc.

Assist with PeopleSoft additions, updates, corrections and reports.

Answer questions and provide information pertaining to Human Resource topics to employees across the firm via e-mail or phone.

Assist team members with obtaining visas for international travel.

Support the Human Resources team with various projects, audits, process documentation, and improvement, etc.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Human Resource Administrator-St. Louis

Education:

Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience:

1 year(s) of relevant Human Resources experience, relevant internship experience will be considered
